5. AI Conversations & Content

  • Gaia AI provides real-time AI-powered speech interactions.
  • AI-generated responses are for informational and entertainment purposes and should not be considered professional advice.
  • We do not store user conversations permanently. However, temporary processing may be required for functionality.
  • Users are responsible for the content they create and share while using Gaia AI.

6. Data Privacy & Security

  • We collect and process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • User data is encrypted and stored securely on AWS servers.
  • You can request account deletion and data export at any time.

7. Third-Party Services

Gaia AI integrates with third-party services, including:

  • Google Auth – Authentication services
  • Deepgram & OpenAI – AI-powered speech interactions
  • Sentry – Error monitoring
  • Microsoft Clarity & Google Analytics – Usage analytics

These services may have their own terms and policies, which users must comply with when using Gaia AI.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Gaia AI is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
